COR is an informal process of recruitment, typically done during the spring semester or after Fall Formal Recruitment. COR is relaxed and women are able to experience the day-to-day operations of Alpha Gamma Delta. Many women prefer COR events because of the comfortable atmosphere and ability to get to know the chapter and the women without the stress of formal recruitment procedures.

I am really interested in sorority life and Alpha Gamma Delta, but I don't know any Alpha Gams. I'm nervous about coming by myself.
Don't be nervous, we've all been in your shoes. This is a perfect time to get to know us and for us to get to know you.
What should I wear?
Be comfortable and casual. If there is something specific, the women will let you know.
Should I bring anything?
Typically, no. We'll provide any items needed for our activities.
What type of activities will we be doing?
Our COR events vary. Sometimes we go bowling, watch a movie, have lunch or dinner, watch a KU game. Our goal is to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have about Alpha Gamma Delta. We want our activities to be fun and casual, but real. Things we do as sisters and a chapter on a normal basis.
Can I bring a friend who is interested in Alpha Gamma Delta?
Absolutely! If you can, let a current member know beforehand.
How much time is required as a member?
There are certain events, meetings and ceremonies that are required, however, many are not.
Are members required to live in a chapter house?
We have a unique situation and are currently fundraising for a new chapter house. Ask a memberabout our 2010-2011 living arrangements.
