• The Annual House Association Meeting was held on May 2, 2010 at the Kansas Union.

    Roll Call was conducted

     

    Welcoming remarks from President, Regina Utter

     

    Secretary, Amanda Painter announced that due notice of the 2010 annual meeting was mailed to all House Association (HA) members the last week of March. Called for proxy votes and verification that a quorum existed.

     

    Secretary read the minutes from April 18, 2009 annual meeting.  2009 minutes approved.

     

    Officer Reports

    • There have been some great updates on the website (www.agdku.com).   
    • The most recent newsletter will be proofed this week and sent out the week of May 9th.
    • For financial information, please email Regina Utter at reginautter@me.com.
    • HA has begun using Omega Financial for fundraising/Capital Campaign with alumnae.  More information to come.  
    • The Fundraising team is working on new projects, a cookbook and magazine sales.  

     

    New Business

    • CPA Firm that will complete the review will be Roark & Associates P.A., Lawrence Kansas. This will be done in June.

     

    Election of Board of Director positions

    • Vice President: the Nominating Committee recommends Cynthia Coe Allen for a two-year term
    • Secretary: the Nominating Committee recommends Nicole Witt for a two-year term
